Version 1.0.0

(OCT 2026)

These terms govern your use of the Monedoor website and app. By using Monedoor you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Who we are and what we do

Monedoor is operated by 12982773 Canada Inc., Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada. Clients post currency exchange requests. Licensed money service businesses ("exchangers") send quotes. The client chooses the best total and completes the exchange with that exchanger.

2. What Monedoor is not

‍
Monedoor coordinates exchanges. It does not hold, transfer, or settle client funds. Monedoor is not a bank, and the exchange itself is a service provided by the exchanger you choose.Monedoor does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice.Exchangers are independent businesses, registered with their own regulators and responsible for their own regulatory reporting and compliance.

3. Eligibility and your account

‍
You must be of legal age in your province or territory and able to enter a contract. You agree to give accurate information, complete Monedoor ID verification when asked, and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Requests and quotes

‍
Quotes sent by exchangers through Monedoor are binding on the exchanger for 15 minutes from the time they are sent.Accepting a quote creates an arrangement between you and that exchanger. Monedoor is not a party to it.The exchanger's own terms, fees, identity checks, and payment instructions apply to your exchange.Examples shown on our website are illustrative only and are not offers or quotes.

5. Pricing

‍
Monedoor is free for clients. Exchangers pay Monedoor under their plan with us. The total you see in a quote is what the exchanger has committed to; confirm all amounts before you accept.

6. Exchanger obligations

‍
Exchangers must hold and maintain all registrations and licences required for the services they offer, honour accepted quotes, keep their information current, and comply with applicable anti-money-laundering and sanctions laws. Monedoor may suspend or remove an exchanger who does not.

7. Acceptable use

‍
You agree not to use Monedoor for unlawful activity, fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing; give false information; interfere with the service or other users; scrape or reverse engineer it; or circumvent Monedoor to avoid fees owed by an exchanger.

8. Our right to refuse or suspend

‍
We may decline, suspend, or end access where required by law, where we suspect fraud or misuse, or where these terms are broken.

9. Intellectual property

‍
The Monedoor name, logo, site, and app belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service as intended. You keep ownership of the content you submit and allow us to use it to run the service.

10. Disclaimers

‍
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, that any exchanger will respond to a request, or the accuracy of rates or information supplied by exchangers. Exchange rates move, and you are responsible for your decision to accept a quote.

11. Limitation of liability

Monedoor verifies clients and exchangers before they use the service, but verification is a screening step, not a guarantee of any person's conduct, solvency, or performance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monedoor is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service, including direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, lost profits, exchange-rate movements, delays, or the acts, omissions, or failures of any exchanger, client, or other third party. Each exchange is a transaction solely between the client and the exchanger. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so these limits apply only to the extent the law allows.

12. Indemnity

‍
You agree to cover losses we suffer because you break these terms or the law while using Monedoor.

13. Privacy

‍
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and forms part of these terms.

14. Changes

‍
We may update these terms and the service. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date; continued use means you accept them.

15. Governing law and disputes
‍
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Ontario have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer rights you have to bring a claim where you live.
